Data deletion

You can delete your elev8ads account and all associated data at any time.

1. Email hello@elev8ads.io from the address you signed up with, subject “Data deletion request”.
2. We confirm receipt within 48 hours.
3. Your account, encrypted Meta tokens, generated content, and usage logs are permanently deleted within 30 days.
4. You'll get a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

We retain anonymized aggregate metrics (counts only, no PII) for product analytics. Payment records may be retained longer where legally required (Dutch tax law: 7 years for invoices).
